There’s a major city traffic signage improvement project covering 2,260 locations, funded by a $1,835,400 Caltrans grant.
And, approving plans and going to bid for improvements on Plumas Street: The Water Tower Plaza under/near the water tower and an "Illuminated Gateway Arch at the entrance” (doesn’t say whether that’s Bridge or Hwy. 20) along with trash containers from Bridge St. to Hwy. 20. Those improvements are funded by the Clean California Local Grant Program, which awarded the city $2.23 Million in 2022 for Plumas Street projects.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
