How County Revenue Projections Are Related
Sutter County’s revenues are based on housing development projections that didn’t hold up. Meantime, many county offices and buildings are rated in C- to F, in need of repair, or replacement, according to a 2020 study reviewed at Tuesday’s Sutter County Supervisor’s Meeting.
