There’s a NEW OWNER for Justin’s Kitchen in Yuba City! Paul Rogers has acquired the Plumas Street restaurant, while keeping Chef Justin France IN the eponymous kitchen.
That tidbit was announced by Dan Flores, Sutter County Supervisor, Dist. 2 during Tuesday afternoon’s Sutter County Supervisors meeting. Flores represents the Second District, which includes downtown Yuba City. Watch that announcement in the video below, along with other announcements.
